KELVA ST85CC for Double-Sided, Non-Contact Corrugated Web Cleaning.
The KELVA ST85CC is specially developed for the corrugated industry in adapted configurations from 2 200 up to 2 800 mm. It offers a very powerful airflow of both vacuum and blowing air, as well as integrated antistatic bars prepared for dust removal in corrugated production and finishing.
Opening and closing of the cleaner is handled by pneumatic cylinders lifting the upper part to allow access for web threading and service. The standard lifting height is 80 mm, and the upper part can be adjusted to increase/ decrease the gap between the two parts. There is a special 2-step gap adjustment integrated to allow cleaning of double wall corrugated web/ sheets. Infeed and grid are included as standard and can be adapted to fit special requirements.
